Intel Xeon E3110 Processor.
I used this processor with a Gigabyte GA-73VM-S2 motherboard. I did not have to upgrade the bios. Everything booted up fine. I overclocked it to 3.5 Ghz with the default voltages. This is the same processor as the Intel E8400 processor. I checked the performance of the processor on the website pcpitstop.com and the performance was more than twice as high as any other processor that was checked out on their site. It is one great running processor.

Same as E8400
I bought this and threw it in a Gigabyte P35 DS3L and it worked great without a bios flash. It overclocked to 3.4 GHZ without a voltage increase using the basic intel fan - all while running very cool. Make sure you get a fan/heatsink too, because this is just for the processor.
